BETWEEN HILLCITY UNIVERSITY BENIN (HCUB)/HILLCITY UNIVERSITY LIBERIA (HCUST) AND ADMISSION AGENTS, SPOT ADMISSION CENTERS.

To represent HCUB/HCUST as one of the Admission Agents from Nigeria in getting qualifies candidate for the school.
Giving the candidate the orientation and necessary information about HCUB/HCUST needed for successful admission and running through the programme.
That any student from the consultant to HCUB/HCUST automatically becomes prone to HCUB/HCUST. Any attempt by the agent to transfer or stop the student from HCUB/HCUST either to other universities or by any means, the sum total fees for the duration of the student programme shall be paid by the agent to HCUB/HCUST or both the agent and the student will be handed over to the Benin Tribunal for legal procedures.
Payment are to be made as soon as the said student(s)/candidate make his/her Admission Processing Fee Payment.
All the candidates are to make at least 60% payment on resumption before lecture commences, complete 80% before first semester exam, and 100% before 2^nd semester exam.
This contract at this first time signatory shall last for one year and subject to review/revoke by the school if need be.
Protect the image of the school at all cost and not involve in any incriminating transaction that will any way dent the image of the school or whatsoever or anyway work against the policy of the school.
Hill-City University Pays N25,000 per student refer to HCUB BENIN and USD50 per student refer to HCUST LIBERIA.
